As our
Retail MI Development Analyst , you will be an integral part of the Retail MI Development team, dedicated to creating innovative, high-quality Management Information (MI) to support the Retail Team. Your role will focus on reporting for online, in-flight, and third-party retail revenue streams, as well as delivering bespoke reporting solutions to meet specific business needs.
As a member of the wider Retail team, you'll collaborate with the In-flight and Direct Retail Trading, Customer Experience and Product, In-flight Supply, and ROC Operations teams to help colleagues derive valuable insights from their data. Additionally, you'll be encouraged to participate in activities that enhance your data visualization skills and overall data fluency.

What You'll Be Doing: Gathering and collating reporting requirements from the wider team to inform data discovery and drive reporting innovation.
Leveraging SQL through Snowflake and HEX platforms to innovate data sourcing processes.
Designing and delivering impactful data visualization projects and dashboards using Tableau Desktop and HEX.
Actively engaging in internal and external training opportunities to enhance your visualization skills and data fluency.
What You'll Have: Proficiency in Excel.
SQL experience (desirable but not essential).
Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
Strong ability to present data visualizations and dashboards to key stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
