It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be: Providing expert and strategic advice and insight to the business including both central support and operational teams, to ensure Costa meets its legal and moral obligations to provide safe food and drink to our millions of customers Ensuring all required Food safety policy and procedures are produced and reviewed as necessary to meet legal requirements and Costa brand standards Retail and AFH HACCP, ensuring that Costa’s allergen management systems are all aligned to HACCP activity Management of 3rd party audit programme and ensuring 3rd party audits are delivering against agreed objectives to drive positive change in food safety and quality Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: Technical or Quality & Food Safety Management experience in product manufacturing & Retail environment Track record of implementing Governance programs for Supplier Approval, Manufacturing process technology across multiple product categories, Q&FS in manufacturing, distribution, and stores Strong verbal, written, communication, and analytical skills Completed formal training in Quality systems management e.g., ISO 9001, FSCC 2200, BRC Food standard, BRC Distribution standard, IFS Food Quality Management Ability to travel in Region for audit & visits Location
