This full-time Store Manager role comes with a competitive salary and brilliant benefitspackage.As a Store Manager, youll help to deliver the store purpose by guiding thecommercial and community strategies in your store. Youll also lead your teamand show them how to make shopping at Co-op a fantastic experience, youllhelp them to grow and learn so they can show our customers, colleagues andmembers the difference Co-op brings to local communities.In this role, you can expect to:• Empower your team to deliver great service, personally promoting the Co-opdifference to customers and members• Build an inclusive culture where everyone can speak up and share their views• Develop your team through regular performance conversations to help themreach their potential• Make sure the store is safe, legal and operational• Manage and optimise your store’s commercial performance, recruit new teammembers and manage HR processesYou’ll need experience of guiding and developing a team and working in a busy,service-focused environment. Good communication skills are essential, and youshould be able to coach, motivate and inspire your team.
