About The Role
- The Retail Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the expansion of Vuori's physical retail stores in the UK and EU market. - Responsibilities include identifying areas for optimization and improvement in stores and building standard operating procedures. - The role involves developing an effective playbook for the new store opening process. - The manager will ensure a consistent and frictionless customer experience across all stores. - Leading and developing a communications strategy to streamline corporate communication to stores is a key responsibility. - The role requires maintaining a workload calendar accessible to all retail corporate partners. - The manager will assess store needs for supplies and build forecasts for expenses on an annual basis. - Supporting the delivery of training both virtually and in-store as initiatives roll out is also part of the job.
