Retail Operations & Planning Manager , you will play a crucial role in the planning and reporting processes within our Retail Operations team. You will be responsible for budgeting, reporting and ensuring data accuracy as well as being an expert on our internal systems supporting informed decision-making. About the role Deputise for Head of Retail Operations to ensure Retail Operations team deliver full operational support to the Retail Team. Drive efficiencies internally through use of business systems and training for the Retail Team. Track Village KPIs and analyze trends to inform business opportunities. Weekly reporting of performance to identify trends and opportunities, including competitor analysis packages. Connect annual budgets to monthly, weekly and daily phasing in line with commercial calendar and retail trend. Manage quarterly sales forecasting process in conjunction with Village Retail and Finance teams. Present Retail Planning tools externally to Brands and internally for the business. Lead retail competitor analysis to report back to the business with key findings. Manage & maintain good working relationships across all major departments in the Village. Role requirements Degree education or relevant qualification is preferable. Proven experience in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years. Strong analytical skills with a data-led mindset. Able to work well with all levels across the business and customers with a creative and open-minded capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong project management skills, a self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset. Fluent in English, any other European language would be beneficial.
