Role Overview As a Retail Optical Assistant at Selectspecs, your role is to provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in finding eyewear that suits their vision and style needs. Key responsibilities include: Assisting customers with frame selection, fittings, adjustments, and repairs. Conducting pre-screening eye examinations. Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling certain phone queries, and processing payments. Ensuring customers leave with eyewear that fits comfortably and meets their requirements. We may be able to offer this role to tailor working hours to suit you, such as accommodating school runs or compressed working weeks. Key Responsibilities Build and apply knowledge of optical products and services, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses. Promote products and services to customers.
