About the store
The Abingdon store is seeking a new Retail Partner to join Atul Vadgam, the current Optometry Partner. This well-established store, which opened in 1993 and relocated in 2012, boasts a large customer database. It features six test rooms spread over two floors, offering the Specsavers total care package including sight tests, contact lenses, and audiology. Recently, the store underwent a rebrand, aligning it with the modern Specsavers aesthetic. The dedicated team of over 30 colleagues consistently delivers high levels of service and achieves impressive KPI results.
Requirements of the role
The new Retail Partner will be a proven retailer with experience in optics. The right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong work ethic, and a willingness to succeed. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment whilst leading and inspiring your teams to be the best that they can be. You’ll be willing to go the extra mile for customers and someone who encourages their team to do the same.
