Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. We hail from diverse walks of life, forming a vibrant community of change-makers. Our ultimate goal? To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.

With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony! Your role

As the Retail Partnerships FundraisingManager (Volunteer), you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with retail brands to support fundraising initiatives for Pride in London. Your expertise in retail partnerships and fundraising will directly contribute to the organisation's mission of creating a more inclusive and accepting world for the LGBTQ+ community. Main responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

Identify and initiate partnerships with retail brands that align with Pride in London's mission and values. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partners through market research and networking.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, acting as the primary point of contact for Pride in London. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of fundraising campaigns and initiatives.

Fundraising Strategy:

Develop and implement fundraising strategies in collaboration with retail partners to meet and exceed fundraising goals. Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to optimise fundraising efforts.

Contract Negotiation:

Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favourable and mutually beneficial for both parties. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalise contractual agreements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing, communications, and event planning teams to create integrated campaigns that leverage the strengths of both Pride in London and retail partners. Ensure seamless communication and coordination across internal departments.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a volunteer-driven, fast-paced environment.
