By leveraging a strategic understanding of the business and partnering with the Senior HR Business Partner, you'll drive the delivery and implementation of the HR Strategy and people initiatives. This role also involves collaborating with Retail Regional and Area Managers to ensure alignment and effective execution of HR strategies across the retail network. The role is remote-based and covers regions within our North division, with travel to retail locations and our head office as required. Internally, this role is known as HR Manager. Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner and Retail Operations team you will: Identify Opportunities for People Plans :

Assess and identify talent and succession pipeline requirements at Regional and area level.

Analyse Data and Insights :

Analyse HR data to uncover trends and patterns at the Regional & Divisional level. Implement actions to drive continuous improvement across all HR metrics, including absence, LTO, Gender Representation and employee engagement.

Support Specialist Teams and Centres of Excellence :

Assist with complex people challenges and issues, including employee relations (ER) and recruitment. Work with specialist teams on activating people initiatives that will enable colleagues to be themselves and reach their full potential.

Contribute to HR People Priorities :

Actively participate in the delivery of HR People Priorities.

Support Business Priorities :

Provide support for business priorities as needed, including new store openings and change programs.

Minimum Requirements

Experience as a generalist HR Manager in a similar role Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking Analytical Skills - ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations Relationship Management & Communication Skills Problem-Solving Skills Project & Change management experience would be beneficial Digital Literacy – embrace new tools and technology What’s in it for me?
