At Fitshop UK, we have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Retail Sales Advisor based at our Manchester store. We believe it is important to provide quality support for our Customers. We need our Retail Sales team to be confident, polite and personable individuals with outstanding communication skills to provide a first-class Customer journey in store (and on the telephone/web chat when appropriate). Ensure a first-class customer journey and in-store sales experience by being approachable and delivering friendly customer service. Achieve and exceed daily, monthly and annual sales targets. Build an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide outstanding support to customers. Confidently manage the full customer journey to delight the customer and positively impact our trust pilot score, ensuring repeat business. Work with the store manager and assistant manager to replenish stock, visual merchandising, and ensure stock remains clean and well presented. Support with stock checks and changes to shop layout as directed by the retail management team. When trained, comply with cash handling requirements and cash reconciliation and banking procedures. Support by bringing ideas and implementing footfall driving activities such as demonstrations, price promotions, and other marketing activities. Maintain a safe environment on the shop floor for the team and customers. When trained, be a key holder for the store and adhere to security and safety requirements. Continuous personal improvement; constantly striving to grow and develop self and team; deliver and support with any relevant training, preparation of manuals, etc. Who you will work with:

To maintain a calm, confident, and enthusiastic manner when dealing with customers. To be able to make recommendations to customers and close sales. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. To understand the customer journey and how to create a welcoming store environment. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team. To use own initiative and be self-motivated.
