09 January 2025 We are currently recruiting for a Retail Sales Advisor to work the following 10 hours a week, Working Saturday for 6 hours and then 1 day in the week (Monday – Friday) for 4 hours between the hours of 11am – 3pm (flexibility may be required) About The Role Would you like to work for a business with over 40 years trading under their belt who have become a global success story? You will contribute to the daily operations of the store. Maintain a well-presented commercial environment in line with company policies, creating a safe place for all store visitors. Delivers first-class customer service in line with Nisbets expectations, ensuring all customer's needs are met and customers repeatedly return. Take ownership of contributing to store sales targets and KPIs including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Quotes and ATV to maximize profitability of the store. Contribute to the store outreach plan, with the use of your own local knowledge, which may include but is not limited to, outbound sales calls, visiting customers and participating in meetings and events in store. Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are met to drive customer engagement and repeat custom through maximizing Store KPIs. Accurately complete stock auditing tasks in line with manager's guidance. Process customer payment transactions whilst adhering to policy. Be accountable for reading, understanding, and adhering to all retail policies communicated by your line manager. Uphold great standards of cleaning in areas of shop floor, back areas, windows, fitting rooms to create a healthy environment for customers and colleagues. Treat all visitors to the store with respect and consideration using training provided to assess and approach difficult situations with the aim of a positive solution. Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all visitors to the store. Proactively ask questions to ensure comprehension of all working practices and procedures. What can I expect working as a Retail Sales Advisor at Nisbets? Competitive hourly rate £11.70 and a benefit package. Performance related bonus paid quarterly onto your annual salary (pro rata for part time). 20 days holiday plus an attendance bonus which can mean up to 4 days additional annual leave or a cash payment.
