Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a talented Retail Sales Assistant eager to join a brand that champions exploration, experimentation, and pushing the boundaries of creativity. With our constantly evolving seasonal aesthetics, our KOIBIRD store offers the perfect environment to innovate, think outside the box, and be creative with our KOI brands to deliver exciting styling and looks. You'll be able to work across various mediums engaging with our KOI clients, embracing a can-do attitude and a willingness to try new things.

  • Highly motivated, creative and organised with an enthusiasm for connecting with people and collaborating.
  • At least one years’ experience within a luxury retail environment with a track record of success in sales and an exciting client book.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal sensitively and confidently with our KOI customer.
  • Demonstrated love of fashion, art and culture.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Creative eye with a solid understanding of styling to empower our clientele.
  • Extensive knowledge of KOIBIRD brands and interest in new emerging trends.
  • KOIBIRD brand ambassador who communicates our values and brand philosophy to customers and KOI squad alike.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.


What you'll be doing:

Provide outstanding one-to-one customer service to all clients including VIP's, in line with KOIBIRD standards.

·        Build and maintain a loyal clientele and be accountable for customer data collection and management.

·        Demonstrate and share strong brand and market knowledge with clients.

·        Provide informed styling advice, by offering KOIBIRD’s unique and exclusive product range and excite customers with personalised product edits.

·        Offer a multi-channel shopping experience, ensuring a seamless and augmented service.

·        Strive to achieve your personal sales targets and contribute to the overall business targets through upselling and cross selling across categories.

·        Monitor customer shopping behaviour and stock performance and provide valuable feedback to store manager.

·        Identify and seek potential new clients and work closely with Manager to build these relationships, suggesting new ways to engage and delight.

·        Provide individualised communication techniques to ensure the best customer experience and maximize selling opportunities.

·        Take initiative with performing daily store operational tasks, such as keeping the shop floor well presented, merchandising, stock management and deliveries.

·        Work collaboratively with store management and the wider team to ensure effective and collaborative working environment.
