Retail Sales Assistant

Are over 18 year old and interested in working within the vaping industry in a friendly and sociable atmosphere? We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our Bury St Edmunds team. This position will be permanently contracted for either 2, 3 4 or 5 days per week (depending on the applicant), which will include working weekends (plus the possibility of additional shifts to cover holiday, when required). This position will see successful applicants working from our Bury St Edmunds store. Prior retail experience, bar experience and a good knowledge of vaping would be an advantage, however full training will be given to the right applicant. Must be willing to work weekends. (A copy of the job description is available upon request). Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience. Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and recommend products. Manage inventory, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments. Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a welcoming environment for shoppers.
