Opportunities for progression and to run your own store are available as we are planning on opening a number of stores in the near future. ***10 OUT OF 10 OF OUR EXISTING MANAGERS HAVE BEEN PROMOTED FROM WITHIN THE COMPANY.*** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, train, and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service. Organize, oversee, and perform stock-takes. Daily cashing up. Holding of keys, opening & closing of store. Meeting all KPIs/Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage). Oversee the receiving, checking, pricing, and merchandising of deliveries. Report queries and discrepancies in a timely manner. Manage refunds and exchanges. Liaise and follow instructions from Directors and Head Office. Personal Attributes: Ambition and hunger to progress. Passionate. Determined. Results driven. Ability to motivate others. Full-time role with variable hours.
