Utilizing all data available to make swift, decisive and effective decisions to guide the team appropriately and deliver the most appropriate outcome within your business area. Maintaining a consultative and supporting working environment for employees within your business area. Prerequisites: Previous relevant experience required. Previous motor industry experience required. Good communication skills. Customer facing experience required. Good attention to detail. Full UK driving licence required.
