Salary:

You'll oversee a direct team of 7 to 10 staff on the sales floor but influence and lead a wider team of up to 75. You will be leading by example with a hands-on approach. Collaboration is crucial, as you'll work alongside a larger management team across multiple stores, requiring smooth teamwork and efficient operational coordination.
