Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for empowering and educating customers to achieve their best skin possible. You will demonstrate exceptional customer service and combine this with a personalised and educational approach to all your conversations. The responsibilities of the Retail Skin Therapist…. Could this be you? Guide customers through their skincare journey by advising, listening, and connecting with them at every touchpoint for a personalized experience. Perform treatments as part of a skincare programme that includes both treatment and homecare to achieve customer goals. Form a partnership with customers, sharing treatment plans and educating them on recommended homecare. Take ownership of monthly targets for the location, including individual and location goals. Cover counter duties, including Face Mapping, to understand client needs and empower them in their skincare journey. Maintain the treatment area and other workspaces professionally, including stocking shelves and cleaning. Do you have the below skills? Equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical (essential). Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification (including Microneedling and Chemical Peels), which Dermalogica will fund if not already held. Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment within Retail, Beauty, or FMCG is ideal. Outgoing, creative thinker who can inspire customers at the counter.
