Essential
that the candidate possesses
2 or more years
of customer service and sales experience in a
fashion retail
environment. Key responsibilities of this role include: Drive the business and market the brand. Lead a sales team to success. Mentor, train, develop and performance manage your staff. Achieve KPI's set by Running Bare. Be able to conduct and manage reports. Provide high levels of customer service. Be sales driven and motivated to reach your daily, weekly and monthly targets. Have a sound and intimate knowledge of the product. Educate customers on the brand and properly fit them for their needs. Adhere to stock and merchandising standards. Reflect the brand image and be a brand ambassador at all times. Skills and Experience: Successful candidates will possess the following qualities: A hardworking attitude. Flexibility with work hours. An ability to think outside the box. A confident and self-motivated personality. A positive and bubbly natural disposition. Genuine and loyal character traits. Great personal presentation.
