Are you a highly motivated, dynamic, retail focused individual with a strong flair for fashion and merchandising? Do you have commercial experience?

Due to the success of our retail operation we are expanding and opening a new store in the former Market Hall on Brook Square, in Rugeley.

The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and well organised individual to manage our brand new store in Rugeley. The success of the store is the responsibility of the Manager to positively drive performance forward –

Could this be YOU?

You will run the store, ensuring its success in meeting all company and department objectives, managing all store staff, including volunteers.

This is a physically demanding position in a busy retail environment with some lifting of furniture/donated goods required.

What we offer

Annual leave:

33 days per annum, which includes bank holidays (pro rata for part time), increasing after five and 10 years’ service.

We match contributions up to 7% to a NEST scheme. If you’re currently contributing to the NHS pension scheme you can continue to do so.
