Description

Are you great at making people feel comfortable? Can you lead, inspire and motivate a team? Are you passionate about customers receiving a first-class customer experience? If the answer is ‘yes’ then we have the role for you! We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead the team in Stoke. As a Store Manager, you’ll be expected to manage the day-to-day operation of the store, coach and develop the team to achieve targets, and ensure customers receive first-class customer service. As a Store Manager, you can earn up to £45,000 with commission.

What does the role involve?

Manage the day-to-day operation of the store Motivate, coach and support the sales team to hit set targets Create an environment where every member of the team is valued and supported to perform at their best Manage sales budgets and delivery targets Manage rotas, holidays and sickness Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store Deal with customer queries and complaints Make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, and safe environments for everyone Recruit, train and develop your team Review and manage your team's performance Comply with all Health & Safety policies and legislation
