Retail Store Manager - Surrey Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per year Full-Time, Permanent

Are you ready to lead a high-performing team in a luxury retail environment? We're looking for an exceptional Retail Store Manager to oversee our premium store in Surrey. This is a rare opportunity to work with a globally renowned brand, driving store success while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Team Leadership & Development: Manage and inspire a team of six retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service. Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performance culture. Oversee team schedules, holiday planning, and ensure operational efficiency. Operational Excellence: Take ownership of all store operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and professional environment. Maintain visual merchandising standards to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Oversee inventory management and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved. Business Growth & Development: Drive footfall and brand visibility through local market engagement and strategic initiatives. Build strong relationships within the industry and local community to enhance customer engagement. Organise and execute promotional events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and a focus on results.

Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience managing a retail team, ideally in luxury or premium goods. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Exceptional customer service skills and a results-driven mindset. Outstanding communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities. Passion for sport or knowledge of the industry is a plus but not essential.
