The Role:

As the Deckers Retail Training and Communications Manager, you will lead training and communications for our retail team members across our UGG & HOKA stores.

You will collaborate closely with the global training team, to create and localize hands-on, in-person training sessions on product, service and operations. Your work will enhance consumer experience, engage employees, and connect our retail team members to our brands and company culture.

Your Impact: Develop and lead virtual and in-person training sessions that meet local needs, ensuring the trainings effectively impact store-level results and maintain operational excellence Collaborate cross-functionally to create and implement ongoing service and soft skills trainings Continuously refine and evolve service and product training programs, adjusting strategies to improve employee engagement, adoption, sell-through, and consumer NPS Localize global programs for EMEA regions Continuously support and gather feedback from field teams to ensure training efficacy and success Build excellent relationships with key store stakeholders Measure and track training efficacy using success metrics Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and store team members to develop effective communications for our retail teams

Who You Are: A great communicator and presenter, able to adapt to different audiences You’re comfortable with navigating new challenges You are able to adapt to changing priorities Able to demonstrate a knowledge and passion for the Deckers Brands portfolio

We would Love to Hear from People with: Experience in working and training staff instore and online across EMEA An excellent understanding of the retail landscape and a passion for our brands Proven experience in creating, implementing, and evaluating effective training programs Ability to travel within the EMEA region frequently Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and related applications
