My client, an established travel company with a strong presence across the UK, is seeking a Travel Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Travel Consultant with excellent customer service and a passion for travel.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultants
Greeting customers face to face and over the phone
Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries
Selling both package and dynamically packaged holidays
Offering customers a choice of tour operator to sell the right holiday for their needs
Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance
SKILLS REQUIRED:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a travel agency environment
Passionate about travel and customer service
Enthusiastic, creative, and with a positive attitude
THE PACKAGE:
A starting salary of £21,500
Monday - Saturday based in branch in Essex
Alternative Saturdays with a day off in lieu
