We’re looking for an experienced marketeer who is a confident communicator with excellent skills in marketing, analytics, and problem-solving - essential to delivering our core metrics. You’ll plan and implement retention marketing roadmaps ensuring continual improvement through a test and learn approach, and applying best practice. What you'll be doing... Reporting to the Head of Retention, you’ll be responsible for driving yield and revenue, and improving lifetime value across our digital and print subscriber base. Delivering retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers. You’ll be experienced in retention analytics and be confident in presenting results and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels. Above all, you will be customer-centric and will always deliver a first-class customer experience, whilst also reviewing how we can reduce costs and maximise our retention budget to support LTV across the business. Experience that will put you ahead of the curve... At least 4 years experience in retention or CRM marketing, ideally from a subscriptions background Experience with managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email Knowledge of CRM/CDP Platforms and automated digital journeys Experience using Google Workspace apps and collaboration tools Knowledge of the latest opportunities and trends within retention marketing Have a creative approach to managing solutions from start to finish and not afraid to push boundaries What's in it for you… The expected range for this role is £29,000 - £37,750. This is a Hybrid role from our Bath or London Office, working three days from the office, two from home, or the option to work remotely if you're not located in or around Bath/London.
