Retentions Advisor focuses on conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with existing customers, selling our products and services to b2b customers based on client needs.
What the role involves
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with existing customers, selling our products and services to B2B customers based on client needs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with UK based SMEs to drive sales from initial contact to closing. You may be required to move between sales campaigns or sell additional products.
- Proactively identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to established strategies, call KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Leverage CRM systems to effectively manage sales opportunities, track customer interactions, and maximise sales potential.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills and requirements
- Analyse and interpret data.
- Take ownership of issues and follow through to conclusion.
- Sound questioning and listening skills, being able to pinpoint the exact issue in order to gain resolution.
Confirmed role details
- £23,809.50 annually, with realistic commission of £1000 per month.

- 25 days holidays, plus bank holidays, and an additional day for each year of service up to 30 days!
