BDS are currently recruiting for a

Retirement Housing Co-Ordinator

in the CM14 area of Brentwood.

The post will be based at a retirement complex for older adults who live independently. We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

Working Hours:

30 Hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Position Type:

Temporary ongoing position with opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

Salary:

£14.26ph PAYE plus holiday pay / £17.79 UMB.

Main Duties:

Speaking with the residents daily. Signposting information on other services, in and around the area. Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required. Liaising with contractors.

Minimum Requirements: Experience in a similar role is essential. You will have good PC skills, be approachable, and have good organization skills.

An enhanced DBS will be required, issued within the last 12 months or registered on the update service.
