We are seeking a highly motivated Retrofit Coordinator to join an expanding team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dedicated Retrofit department, specialising in large-scale social housing regeneration projects. The role involves overseeing the implementation of multiple energy efficiency measures across numerous properties, ensuring projects are compliant with industry standards and funding requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of the retrofit process, collaborating closely with in-house and external multi-disciplinary teams to deliver seamless project execution. Ensure projects adhere to the highest safety standards, achieve superior quality, and deliver optimal performance outcomes. Drive effective communication and collaboration maintaining integration throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring strict compliance with PAS2035 standards. Conduct comprehensive energy modelling and develop Improvement Option Evaluations and Medium-Term Plans for multiple properties across diverse projects. Deliver clear, timely project progress reports to key stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making and tracking critical metrics. Provide expert guidance on energy efficiency strategies including enhancing energy performance, reducing carbon footprints, and minimizing fuel costs. Organize and manage essential project documentation, including retrofit assessments, technical surveys, and insurance guarantees, ensuring compliance with PAS2035 and PAS2030 standards.

What we require from you Level 5 Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management qualification (must-have) Level 3 EEM in Older & Traditional Buildings and/or Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualifications (preferable) Experience in retrofit coordination under SHDF schemes Knowledge of PAS2035 and PAS2030 processes Proficiency in energy efficiency modelling software (e.g., Elmhurst Design SAP 2012) Ability to manage and oversee projects from start to finish Competency in using various software and Microsoft package Valid driving license for site visits
