We offer our customers an ‘end-to-end’ service, starting with the assessment and surveys of homes, going through the design and planning stages through to the delivery of work on site. We are seeking a Retrofit Installation Lead to manage our works on site, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and to a high standard, including: Building the capacity and capability of our directly employed insulation install teams Managing a network of suppliers and contractors Ensuring health, safety, environmental and quality best practice on site Securing and maintaining the organisational accreditations to deliver government funded retrofit works (primarily PAS 2030) The successful candidate will also need to work effectively with the wider SY Ecofit team to co-ordinate activities and offer our customers a ‘joined up service’. Experience and Qualifications

Although not essential, experience in the construction sector in a contract management role would be welcome, along with experience of working on site. Travel will be required to visit sites, so a full driving licence is needed. If you already have your own vehicle for work use, we will pay expenses and mileage. Otherwise, a vehicle will be provided. We will also support people who are keen to use public transport / cycle and will work with the successful candidate to keep to driving to a minimum. The development of skills is very important to us. There will be opportunities for this role to become ‘multi-skilled’ and we will offer the successful candidate full training and support tailored to your existing knowledge and experience. Key Qualities

You’ll have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your own time effectively. You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative working relationships. You’ll have hands-on experience of working on site, combined with an ability to project manage other contractors. You’ll need to show that you can take responsibility and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Location:
