Our client is looking for a Retrofit Site Manager to join its busy team, based on projects in Runnymede, Surrey.
The ideal individual for this position will be able to demonstrate experience in managing retrofit projects, with a strong knowledge of the industry standards and regulations. You will be able to effectively manage direct reports and subcontractors alike and be the point of contact between site teams and upper management. You will be a personable individual able to develop relationships with residents and clients.
The Role will include:
Ensuring delivery of retrofit contracts from inception to completion, ensuring requirements and budgets are met, working alongside the project manager. Preparation of work programmes and overseeing operational day-to-day delivery. Reading and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings. Understanding and implementing health and safety, and welfare policies - including undertaking inspections to ensure quality and compliance. Assisting in team meetings to monitor and improve on performance and operational delivery.

Desirable/Beneficial:
Retrofit Coordinator/Retrofit Assessor qualification Experience delivering retrofit work programmes Experience with project/technical management of M&E systems/Heat networks
