Your new role: The role would suit a person with an enquiring mind who can analyse limited data from multiple sources, work under their own guidance whilst liaising with colleagues from other departments, liaising with supply chain and communication with customers verbally and electronically. The role would also require the candidate to have good administrative skills to maintain current records, basic math's with an understanding of accounting procedures and experience in returns processes. Your main duties will be: Checking that the warehouse has received the return goods and separated them into good stock and damaged stock Liaising with the warehouse operator daily Logging and reporting accurately on all returns received in the warehouse Creating returns orders when required Investigating all returns and anomalies to ensure they are reported accurately Providing weekly updates to other stakeholders Being able to work well in a fast-paced, pressurised environment Liaising with other departments during your investigations Working well alone and using own initiative Above is inclusive but not limited to the above tasks. Experience/Skills Needed: Possess good administrative skills including maintaining accurate records electronically Concise communication with colleagues, customers, and supply chain both verbally and electronically Ability to work independently within an agreed framework Basic grounding in math's and an understanding of accounting procedures Ability to analyse limited data from multiple sources and resolve discrepancies Familiarity with multiple electronic web-based systems Support planners with ensuring returns are planned as required Motivated and driven attitude Forward-thinking and always looking for process improvements High attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure Effective time management Excellent written and oral communication skills What to do now: If this position is something you think is right for you, apply now.
