About the role Our finance team is growing. As our company is sustainably growing, we are looking to add an administrative hero to support us in improving the efficiency of financial processes and procedures. You will be owning several projects and initiatives to improve processes and foster structure and organization. Other responsibilities include:

Create and implement initiatives for improvement of revenue accounting systems and processes.

You will be the owner of the revenue cycle for all Spark Group companies, and part of contracting, invoicing, and recording all revenue transactions.

Manage and organize sales administration in CRM (HubSpot)

Work closely with sales, operations, and other teams to understand revenue impacts of contracts and transactions.

About you This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys connecting with other departments, retrieving relevant information and creating and owning optimal processes. The revenue accountant is critical in helping the organization maintain financial accuracy and get us ready for the next step in our growth journey. Furthermore, it helps if you have the following:

You have 3–5 years of experience in an accountancy firm (Big4 is a pre) and know your way around revenue or general accounting, but we value talent and potential over years on paper.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.

Ability to create and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
