Group Financial Controller Key Responsibilities

Analyse trends in monthly revenue, and ensure precise revenue recognition within financial statements. Gross margin analysis; ensuring that invoices have the correct COGS. Oversee the collection of monies and escalate to key sales people when necessary. Reconciling between different revenue/billing metrics across the business (e.g., closed-won sales, billed revenue, recognised revenue). Deliver regular financial reports to various stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Perform meticulous monthly balance sheet reconciliations and implement robust controls to ensure precision and compliance. Support other members of the Finance team to grow, be inquisitive and challenge where necessary. Requirements

Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA Accountant with a proven track record in management accounting. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and understand variances and underlying reasons. Meticulous attention to detail and an inquiring mind for accurate financial reporting. Excellent interpersonal skills to confidently liaise with various departments and stakeholders. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to internal and external customers. This role does require an ASAP start and will be initially for up to 6 months. The work pattern for this role is 3 office days and 2 work from home.
