An opportunity to join us as a Revenue Assurance Analyst to assist in the development and implementation of Revenue Assurance processes to minimise revenue leakage and ensure compliance. You'll support the Revenue Manager in managing aspects of our property revenues and costs (which are key measures of our operating performance) whilst seeking opportunities for growth and mitigating risks. You'll analyse data from different sources to identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions and become dedicated to maintaining financial integrity which will contribute to our overall business success. Your passion for numbers and commitment to excellence will ensure you become a champion on all revenue assurance matters and have full visibility of revenue and costs as well as understanding the impact of this from site data. Responsibilities Include:

Assist in the development and implementation of revenue assurance processes Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue assurance tests to ensure that all revenue assurance processes are conducted systematically Analyse data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies Suggest corrective actions for data discrepancies Investigate and resolve revenue related issues promptly Update documentation regularly to reflect any changes or updates in the revenue assurance processes Provide recommendations for process improvements to prevent revenue leakage and enhance revenue Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline revenue processes and improve efficiency Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify errors or inconsistencies ensuring linkage between revenue, ground leases and CAPEX Become a champion of data impact on Property Opex revenue, cost and margin Assist in the development and implementation of revenue assurance strategies Ideally, You'll Have:

CIMA / ACCA qualification with relevant experience Experience in working with ambiguous data from multiple sources A grasp of financial accounting to accurately interpret how data influences financial outcomes Strong Excel Skills Ability to work accurately to deadlines Ability to prioritise effectively Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Disciplined and controls focus Effective stakeholder management In Return We're Offering:
