One team of 21,000 colleagues that's energising a greener, fairer future by creating an energy system that doesn't rely on fossil fuels, whilst living our powerful commitment to igniting positive change in our communities. Here, you can find more purpose, more passion, and more potential. That's why working here is #MoreThanACareer. We do energy differently - we do it all. We make it, store it, move it, sell it, and mend it.

About your team:

You'll be working centrally within our mission control room, aka Centrica's group functions. From Finance and Data Science, to our Wellbeing and People teams - this is the engine of our energy system, where our various Centres of Excellence power up each of our brilliant businesses, ensuring they have all the support, technologies, and capabilities they need to get our customers to Net Zero by 2050.

*** This role will be a hybrid working role; with occasional site presence as required in Windsor or Leicester ***

We are seeking a Revenue Assurance Analyst to oversee the accurate and timely invoicing of Hive Referral Partners and Customers, manage rental payment collections, and ensure revenue reconciliation. This role involves maintaining system data accuracy, producing insightful trend analysis across revenue-generating processes, and supporting the onboarding of new partners by ensuring operational systems are set up to facilitate future processes.

This is a hybrid working role with occasional travel to our office/s, most likely Windsor or Leicester.

Key responsibilities will include: BAU billing - running the monthly billing process to invoice all partners & customers, which are due. Billing/invoicing resolution - working through system exceptions to identify and resolve any billing queries in collaboration with other departments where appropriate. Monitoring of all unbilled accounts and uncollected payments and developing a collection process to recover that is then implemented as standard. Monitoring of billing performance, reporting on success and identifying issues needing to be resolved. Driving of continuous process improvement to ensure increased efficiency and ongoing service quality. Accountability for completing audit activity across internal team and external partners to ensure costs are accurate. Using SAP S/4 and Salesforce. Here's what we're looking for:

Previous billings/collections experience. Preferably usage of SAP S/4 and Salesforce. Proven continuous process improvement experience. Strong analytical skills along with exceptional attention to detail. Alignment to our core vision of NBNZ and the message around our vision and making Centrica more profitable. Ability to build and influence strong and sustainable relationships across teams allowing effective collaboration to deliver or quickly resolve issues. Seamless management of multiple conflicting priorities. Ability to positively challenge other stakeholders where appropriate to ensure the best outcome for the business is delivered. Effective operation of working in an autonomous environment. Why should you apply?

We're not a perfect place - but we're a people place. Our priority is supporting all of the different realities our people face. Life is about so much more than work. We get it. That's why we've designed our total rewards to give you the flexibility to choose what you need, when you need it, making sure that you and your family are supported not only financially, but physically and emotionally too.
