Revenue Assurance Manager . This role will be tasked with performing external partner audits in line with the Annual Revenue Assurance Plan, identifying issues that prevent Compare the Market from being accurately paid for revenue generated, and making recommendations as appropriate to improve partners' control environments. Responsibilities include: Plan, perform and deliver high quality external partner audits, in accordance with the Revenue Assurance Methodology. Provide assurance over sales accreditation by gaining a detailed understanding of the external partner's related systems, processes and controls. Ensure that external partners are adhering to their key contractual obligations, particularly in relation to the payment of fees, influencing them to improve their own control environments to enable accurate accreditation based on any concerns identified. Calculate and negotiate settlements with partners to recover any lost revenue. Draft and issue key audit documentation including terms of reference and final audit reports. Ensure that actions and recommendations are acted upon and delivered by external partners. Lead, or as required support, the delivery of external partner audits, travelling across the UK as required. You'll ideally bring: The ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and to clearly articulate technical and commercial issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tact and diplomacy coupled with an ability to deliver difficult feedback without disrupting current relationships. Good Excel skills, be highly numeric and able to analyse data and trends. Excellent negotiation skills. Previous experience in an audit or assurance role. A strong character, able to quickly establish their credibility and operate with gravitas when dealing with external partners. We're a place of opportunity.
