Revenue Assurance Manager

to be responsible for Billing, Collections and holding partners to account on contracts where appropriate and in close conjunction with commercial managers. This is a hybrid working role with occasional travel to our office/s, most likely Windsor or Leicester. The Operational team analyse the operational performance of fulfilment partners across the Net Zero portfolio to hold those partners to account against the SLA and drive performance improvements and commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities will include: Leading a team of analysts to deliver a first-class service to existing and potential clients/partners, ensuring service levels are always met. Producing accurate and timely rental invoices to external clients and supporting the team in doing so. Validation and processing of commission payments in line with contractual terms and SLAs. Management of the Warranty & Returns process, working closely with external parties to ensure accuracy of outcomes. Using data to produce long-term forecasts to manage performance against ensuring a strong governance framework exists over revenue. Collections – through robust governance and risk mitigation, effectively manage debtor portfolio, protecting the business. Supporting the Commercial Manager, managing partners in accordance with the contractual terms. Accountability for appropriately challenging referral partners. Producing weekly and monthly insight packs, highlighting business performance against financial plan. Here's what we’re looking for: Experience within an Operations Leadership role. Current experience of working with Billing & Collections processes, ideally including Litigation. Experience or awareness of Net Zero products is highly advantageous (ASHP, EV, Solar specifically). Experience in managing manufacturer relationships. Previous exposure to navigating complex organisations and managing stakeholders. Ability to get things right, first time, and able to bring some Billing/Collections expertise onboard to help support the Net Zero growth. Having alignment to our core vision of business - spotting opportunities from within the operational data and liaising with the Commercial team. Building strong and sustainable relationships across internal teams allowing effective collaboration to deliver or quickly resolve issues. Ability to seamlessly manage multiple conflicting priorities. Positivity in challenging other stakeholders where appropriate to ensure the best outcome for the business is delivered.
