Revenue Growth & Business Intelligence Manager , you will play a key role in driving profitable growth by collaborating across various functions, including Sales, Finance, Category, Marketing, and Commercial Planning. You'll use your expertise to identify opportunities, optimize product and customer strategies, and ensure alignment with our company's commercial objectives. Main Responsibilities:

As the Revenue Growth & Business Intelligence Manager you will lead impactful on trade, and customer planning efforts while ensuring alignment with our long-term objectives. Your expertise will guide critical decisions across pricing, promotional investments, and product mix optimization. The Revenue Growth & Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for driving sustainable growth through pricing optimization, trade terms management, and customer planning. This role involves analysing pricing evolution for key customers and channels, ensuring Net Invoiced Price proposals align with business plans and reporting on trade margin metrics. In addition, the role includes managing promotional investments, ensuring the coordination of contracts and terms, and generating insights into commercial returns from the Ferrero portfolio. The manager develops and manages best practices for Joint Business Plans (JBP) with major customers and provides strategic guidance to sales teams. They are also responsible for optimizing product mix and managing surplus stock to drive commercial returns, while proposing strategies to enhance customer, brand, and SKU performance. The position also involves customer planning, ensuring alignment with sales budgets, leading commercial reporting, and guiding decisions to improve future strategy. It requires managing business intelligence tools and reporting variances to inform commercial decisions. The manager leads cross-functional conversations on strategic commercial projects, ensuring compliance with group policies and optimizing customer investment planning. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to influence teams to drive growth. This is a key position offering opportunities to shape business strategy and deliver impactful results. Who we are looking for:

They possess a solid understanding of P&L management and are confident in managing both volume and profit forecasting processes.
