Revenue Operations Manager

to join our newly established Revenue Operations function. Make a real impact This is a high-impact role with the potential to shape the future of our business. You'll be working on strategic initiatives that span multiple departments, and you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our customers. What you'll do: Empower our sales team:

Develop winning go-to-market strategies, create compelling content, and provide the resources our sales team needs to succeed.

Drive efficiency:

Streamline and automate our sales processes to eliminate bottlenecks and improve performance.

Unlock data-driven insights:

Analyze data, build dashboards, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Fuel sales performance:

Set ambitious goals, track progress, and coach sales reps to achieve their full potential.

Collaborate across teams:

Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and drive shared success.

Manage incentive compensation:

Oversee our sales incentive program, ensuring accuracy and fairness.

What you'll bring: Experience : 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business analytics, Business Strategy, Finance, Analytics, or Consulting with a proven track record in cross-functional initiatives.

Industry Know-How:

B2B SaaS experience and the ability to collaborate across revenue and technical teams.

Collaboration:

You're a team player who can build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Analytical Skills:

Expertise in BI reporting (preferably Looker), SQL, and a strong grasp of data-driven decision-making and systems thinking.

Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with sales tech stacks, including CRM, sequencing, and dialer tools, with a curiosity for exploring emerging technologies like AI to enhance workflows and drive efficiency.
