Revenue Operations Manager

whose mission is to be the driving force behind seamless marketing-to-sales alignment, optimizing processes, and ensuring data integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce. Why is this role important for Automata?

This role is essential to align marketing and sales, driving efficiency and accuracy to ensure we are getting the right insights. In this role you will be responsible for

Design and manage the marketing-to-sales lead handoff process to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Act as the primary architect and administrator for HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as data analytics and reporting tools. Own and optimize the marketing and sales software stack. Own the relationship with our website developers, ensuring an efficient process for the marketing team to get changes done. Collaborate with marketing to operationalize campaigns and ensure seamless execution. Analyze data to provide actionable insights on funnel performance and sales pipeline health. Streamline workflows to enhance alignment between marketing and sales. What It Takes

Strong experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including system administration and process optimization. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools. Proven track record in revenue operations, marketing operations, or sales operations – preferably with an enterprise sales motion. Deep understanding of marketing-to-sales alignment and lead management processes. Analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decision-making. Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support team members. Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Nice to haves:

Knowledge of data governance and security best practices. Experience in the automation or scientific research industries. What gets us excited?
