Follow guidance from the Head of Security & Revenue Protection, ensuring clear communication and top-notch safety. Be the Go-To Support:
Assist customers during their travels, especially during disruptions and emergencies, offering accurate information and unwavering support. This is an important role for us, so we really need the right person. We don't just want someone who can answer questions; we want a team player who can help customers on their way with a cheerful smile. Want to be part of a team that Wins together?
