This specific NNDR role requires in-depth knowledge of NEC and NEC DM, along with a good grasp of the valuation side of Business Rates. Responsibilities include updating schedules, serving Completion Notices, and raising BARS to the VOA. We are looking for two motivated individuals to join a well-established and high-performing Business Rates and Valuation team. You will be expected to be highly knowledgeable in all aspects of business rates, valuation, and court roles as a Revenues Officer. Ideally, you will have either represented a BA in court previously or worked on valuation schedules and served completion notices. A high level of Business Rates knowledge is essential, and IRRV qualification is preferred.
