Job Overview This role will manage and produce detailed pumping applications using Autodesk Revit to provide digital representations of physical structures and systems and will focus on the coordination of Building Information Modelling (BIM), model management, documentation, and collaboration with the design and construction teams.

As a Revit Specialist you'll get to: Create and maintain accurate 3D models of Pumping applications using Autodesk Revit. Collaborate with Selwood internal Sales and Solutions departments to define and document project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes. Ensure the model (3D pump and application model) is up to date with any changes and revisions, maintaining consistency across all documentation. Coordinate the flow of information between all project stakeholders to ensure all parts of the proposal align and are accurately represented in the Revit model. Produce detailed construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, based on the Revit model. Assist in preparing presentations and client-facing documents using high-quality visualisations generated from Revit. Create custom Revit templates, families, and components to ensure design consistency across projects. Optimise Revit models for performance, ensuring that large or complex models run smoothly and efficiently. Provide support for model management, including file sharing, data management, and model version control. Ensure that the Revit models and deliverables are submitted on time and in accordance with project timelines. Work with Project Managers to align Revit tasks with the overall project schedule and milestones. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: HNC qualification (or similar) in AutoCAD, or equivalent demonstrable worked experience. Proven experience as a Revit Specialist, BIM Technician, or similar role in the Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) industry. Strong understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and workflows. Experience working with BIM tools and software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, etc.) Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk Revit (preferably including both architectural and Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) is preferred but not essential. Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in a BIM environment, with the ability to optimise workflows for efficient project delivery. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate work. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Work effectively as part of a team both locally, with departments in the wider business and with external stakeholders. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with project teams and clients, with the ability to keep accurate, clear and detailed records. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the UK as and when necessary, sometimes with nights away. A full UK driving licence is required for this position. What can we offer you?
