With our growing portfolio of large-scale technical housing projects, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a competent Revit Technician to join our team in our Central office on a permanent basis. Requirements

Creating and managing building information models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit software. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the BIM accurately reflects the design intent and meets all relevant industry standards and codes. Creating construction documentation such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and details. Coordinating with contractors to ensure that the construction process runs smoothly. Creating and modifying Revit families (i.e., pre-built elements such as doors, windows, and fixtures) as needed. Creating and maintaining project templates and standards to ensure consistency across all projects. Troubleshooting technical issues related to Revit software or BIM models. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Revit and BIM modelling. Communicating effectively with project team members and stakeholders. Providing training and support to other team members on Revit software and BIM modelling techniques. Required skills & experience

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software Knowledge of building codes and standards In depth technical understanding Attention to detail Good communication skills Collaboration skills Ability to problem-solve Time management skills Continuous learning Company benefits:
