£30,000 - £40,000 per annum Hours:
40 hours per week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) Are you an experienced CAD/Revit Technician looking for your next challenge? Join a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in creating precise and professional CAD drawings and schematics that drive successful projects. What you'll do: Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and schematics, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable standards. Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to meet project requirements and incorporate necessary changes. Support the team by ensuring all drawings are legible, professional, and ready for installation. Expand and refine CAD operations, including the use of AutoCAD and Revit. Organise and maintain project files in line with company procedures. Stay updated on advancements in CAD software and technology. What you'll bring: A minimum of 3 years' experience with AutoCAD and Revit in a relevant position. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with a busy CAD office environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Right to Work in the UK for a minimum of 4 years (documentary proof required). A degree or equivalent technical qualification in architecture, design, engineering, or construction is advantageous but not essential.
