City of Leeds , specialising in a range of project types. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to expand their design team with a skilled

CAD and Revit Technician

who can support them in delivering high-quality drawings for various projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business on an upward trajectory and play a key role in its development. About the Role As a

Revit Technician , you will be responsible for producing

accurate and detailed drawings

across a variety of projects. You will be working in a

small design team , so collaboration and the ability to work independently are key. Given the fast-paced nature of the work, you must be comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities Create and develop

detailed Revit and CAD drawings

for various projects. Work closely with the design team to ensure drawings meet project requirements. Assist in the development of BIM models and project documentation. Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve design challenges. Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality output. Requirements Proven experience as a Revit Technician

within a contractor or design consultancy. Strong proficiency in both Revit and CAD

(essential). Ability to work

independently and as part of a small design team . Strong organisational skills and the ability to

work under pressure . Experience in delivering projects to tight deadlines. Understanding of BIM processes and best practices is advantageous. Benefits Competitive salary, based on experience. Hybrid working arrangements
