Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revit Technician to join our client's dynamic multidisciplinary design practice based in Manchester. As part of a talented team within the Building Services Industry, the ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions and supporting the production of detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and documentation for building services projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Revit Modelling:

Develop and manage 3D models using Revit. Collaboration & Coordination:

Work effectively with engineers and architects to ensure project success. Document Production:

Create and maintain technical drawings and documentation. Software Expertise & Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest software tools and techniques. Quality Control & Technical Support:

Ensure high standards of quality in all deliverables. Project Support & Client Liaison:

Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A relevant qualification in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Revit Technician within the building services industry or a related field (experience in MEP or multidisciplinary design practice is an advantage). Proven experience in using Revit for building services design (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection). Familiarity with BIM software, tools, and workflows in a collaborative design environment.
