Job Description Supporting the design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programmes. Analysing compensation data for trends and insights to inform decision-making. Assisting in the management of the annual pay review process. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice. Collaborating with HR and finance teams on compensation and benefits issues. Maintaining the accuracy of reward-related data within the HR system. Preparing reports and presentations on compensation and benefits findings. Contributing to various HR projects as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Reward Analyst should have: A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis with a strong numerical aptitude. Expertise in HR systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices within the retail industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner. A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills. What's on Offer Competitive salary package within the range of £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience. Generous holiday entitlement.
