Amazing Reward Analyst opportunity in a great organisation, which is growing, hence the need for a Reward Analyst. This Reward Analyst role will join a professional and friendly team and provides analytics for reward activities relating to salary, benefits, benchmarking, share awards, performance incentive plans, gender pay reports, and much more! A really interesting opportunity that will add to an already strong CV. Key Responsibilities:

Provide analytics for reward activities including salary, benefits, and benchmarking. Analyze and apply market data and survey systems such as Willis Tower Watson or McLagan. Support the annual compensation cycle. Prepare gender pay reports and performance incentive plans. Minimum Requirements:

Graduate/graduate calibre. Strong experience in the principles and practices of compensation analysis and benchmarking. Best practice experience of the annual compensation cycle. Preferably experience in the Financial Services Sector. Personal Skills:

Exemplary organisational and communication skills. Good commercial judgement. Ability to hit the ground running.
