Acteon is looking to hire a

Reward and HR MI Analyst on a full time, 12-month fixed term basis . The Reward and HR MI Analyst will be either located in an Acteon office, or has the opportunity to be home based, with occasional travel to sites as required. The Reward HR MI Analyst will provide support and assistance to the Global Rewards Manager and HR Information Systems Lead, as we transform our reward and HR talent intelligence offering globally and update our BAU cycles, including the annual incentive and salary reviews processes.

Duties & Main Responsibilities Working closely with the Global Reward Manager and the HR Information Systems Lead in building relationships with HR and Business line Stakeholders to bring to life Acteon’s Employee Value Proposition. To support and oversee the Annual Incentive and Annual Salary Review processes, and other BAU cycles. To provide people analytics and market intelligence to support current and future business needs, including recommendations on process reporting ability. Work across the business to provide project management and analysis to support processes. Create and provide job grading and compensation recommendations in line with the Groups guidelines, and to facilitate the development Acteon’s global Reward strategy. Conduct ongoing and ad hoc data analysis to support all aspects of reward, including the Annual Salary Review, Annual Bonus Review, Employee benefits benchmarking, Monthly Executive Reports and Monthly Finance Reports. Where required, act as the lead and point of contact on specific reward projects and provide training and advice. Responsible for the maintenance of accurate data and make data driven recommendations for system or process changes. Manage the collation and analysis of data to submit to salary surveys. Provide project management skills and act as the go to for ad hoc reward and reporting queries, including job grading, benchmarking, and BAU questions. Devise project plans for to oversee the implementation of change in different countries. Timely and accurate completion of project administration, ensuring follow-up of ‘side’ actions/queries, which are identified as a result of the wider scope of rewards initiatives. Support the upskilling of colleagues by co-ordinating training sessions, including but not limited to diarising the events/sessions, chasing and collating feedback and the creation of information and supporting pack materials. General and ad hoc assistance to the Global Rewards Manager as required.

Requirements Experienced within similar role. Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Confident with data manipulation and analysis. Previous experience within an HR function. Working knowledge of rewards & employee benefits is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of Sage people would be beneficial. Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson Global Grading system would be an advantage.
