HRLife is delighted to be working with a market-leading, global business who are now looking to hire their first Reward Manager / Lead within one of their divisions. A newly created role, it offers a great opportunity for someone to come in and really shape and make it their own. Reporting to the Divisional HR Director, this will be a key HR Leadership role, and you will be their go-to expert for all things reward. You’ll be responsible for executing the group reward strategy, contributing to and implementing frameworks, policies and processes that are best practice, fit for purpose and meet HR and overall business objectives. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying innovative ways to engage and motivate employees through a fair, transparent and competitive reward framework, and will support key stakeholders on all aspects of reward, compensation and benefits. Key responsibilities include: Managing the annual global pay review process Overseeing the off-cycle salary adjustment process, and the preparation of senior compensation packages Leading a global grading project Managing the pay and benefits of expatriate staff Collating market data and participating in pay and benefits surveys Advising on the design and delivery of sales incentive schemes Increasing the reward knowledge within the business, helping managers to apply reward practices fairly, transparently and effectively Reward administration – coordination and execution of annual reward activity They are looking for someone with previous reward experience gained within a larger, complex business who has previously implemented and managed reward systems, benefits, policies and processes. Experience of designing and implementing grading structures and job families and carrying out job evaluations as well as having previously designed and implemented bonus schemes will be advantageous. Highly credible with strong stakeholder management skills, you’ll be a skilled communicator adept at bringing reward theory to life.
